Multiple Gay Nightclubs Closing in Baltimore and DC

The first night club to close on the 1000 block of North Charles St was iconic club The Hippo three years ago. According to a post by Ed Gunts (Baltimore Fishbowl) the owner of Grand Central across the street is also closing its doors. The new owners will be converting the space into a retail and office building. The previous owner Don Davis decided to retire, and move out of state. Don had sold the property to buyers Jon Pannoni and George Watson (Landmark Partners LLC), with Marc Hayes continuing to manage the night club until Jon and George was ready to start construction. Davis says there is less of a market for gay nightclubs and bars in todays times. Gay people are more welcome in more places than before. Post “Snap” World and the Missing Years of the MCU

By now we have all seen Avengers: Endgame. Some of us more times that we can probably recite each line from the film. Avengers: Endgame probably set up the biggest top-secret storyline in the MCU by doing one small thing, letting the massive time jump from 2018 to 2023 happen without any information on what happened during thoes five years. When you see a massive time jump like that in cinema you wonder what could have possibly happened during all those missing years. I believe this was strategically set up for future films or TV shows that will or are already being developed by Marvel Studios. These films or movies could show what it was like to live in a world were people you knew simply vanished. There are so many untold stories about the post “Snap” world, like did some of the prisoners on the RAFT escape? Who protected the innocent people?
