And We’re BACK!!! Spider-Man Returns

News just dropped this morning via THR that Spider-Man will be returning to the MCU for one last film.

The two studios are back working on the third MCU Spider-Man film that also has a release date of July 16th, 2021.

“I’m thrilled that Spidey’s journey in the MCU will continue, and I and all of us at Marvel Studios are very excited that we get to keep working on it” “Spider-Man is a powerful icon and hero whose story crosses all ages and audiences around the globe. He also happens to be the only hero with the superpower to cross cinematic universes, so as Sony continues to develop their own Spidey-verse you never know what surprises the future might hold” President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige says to THR.

This news comes as a surprise since just last month while renewing contractual arrangements between Sony and Disney they could not come up with a deal to keep Spider-Man in the MCU moving forward thus the news broke that Spider-Man was not returning.

Also as part of this new arrangement between the two studios Spider-Man will also appear in future MCU film according to THR. Sounds like Avengers 5 will probably have a wall-crawler in it after all.

Although the full terms were not revealed Marvel and Kevin Feige will produce and run point on one more movie along with producer Amy Pascal and will star Tom Holland (Duh) as Peter Parker with Jon Watts to direct.

Spider-Man 3, will be Marvel Studios 4th film for 2021, after being added to the list alongside “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” February 12th, 2021. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness May 7th, 2021. Thor: Love and Thunder November 5th, 2021.

How The “Black Panther” Soundtrack Came To Be Completely Produced byKendrick Lamar

Black Panther took home a Grammy last night. The Kendrick Lamar- produced album inspired by the hit Marvel movie “Black Panther” was a big hit last year over the airways and on streaming services around the time the movie hit theaters. It added to the hype of the film but Kendrick was only supposed to do one song. According to the Hollywood Reporter , the score composer Ludwig Göransson and his team traveled to the International Library of African Music in South Africa. There they worked with over 500 instruments that according to Göransson “Don’t really exist anymore” Only one song on the album scored a Grammy that was “Kings Dead” by Jay Rock, Future, and James Black.
